Ingredients

Mango Sauce

  • 150–180g frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp water (adjust as needed for blending)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (optional)

Chia Pudding

  • 1 pack (approx. 280g) Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • ~150ml plant-based milk (such as soy or almond milk)

Instructions

  1. Blend all mango sauce ingredients until smooth.
  2. In a yogurt container or large bowl, combine all chia pudding ingredients and mix well.
    Make sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not floating on top.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, serve your desired portion and top with mango sauce.

Any leftovers can be enjoyed the next day.
Best consumed within 3 days.
