Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 8 days including the delivery date, and only in cases where the product meets the conditions listed below.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused and unopened
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Include proof of purchase or receipt

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If the product you received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Soiled during delivery
  • Incorrect item sent

Please contact us immediately.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.


Customer-Initiated Returns

If the return is due to customer reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Change of mind
  • Not satisfied with the product
  • Damage after delivery

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including the original shipping fee.

Products that were free of charge (¥0 promotional items) cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Refunds
