After receiving your first shipment, if you do not contact us to cancel or decline the subscription, your order will automatically continue as the LiponanoC Subscription Plan.

If you do not wish to continue with the subscription, please contact us through our inquiry form within 10 days of the date your first order arrives.

Cancellation After the First Shipment

If you wish to cancel your subscription after receiving your second or subsequent shipment, please submit your cancellation request through our inquiry form or by email at least 10 days before your next scheduled shipping date.

After receiving your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to complete the cancellation process. Once the required procedure has been completed, we will process the cancellation of your subscription.

First-Time Offer

The 5-sachet trial set and introductory price are available once per person only.

If you cancel your subscription, the introductory price will not be available again for one year from the date of cancellation.

If you subscribe again after this period, your subscription will restart at the second-shipment price: ¥5,870 (16% off the regular price).
